We are manufacturers and exporters of loose leaf spring and leaf spring assemblies. Our plant commenced production in 1980. The specialty of our plant is that the Heat Treatment cycle is run on CNG, which reduces the de-carbonization to negligible limits (details on our website). We are well equipped to manufacture leaf springs ranging from 44mm x 6mm to 1200mm x 20mm, though our current range of production is from 44mm x 7.5mm to 90mm x 20mm.

We are also an ISO 9001:2000 certified company by British Standard Institution and also our quality checks confirms to SAE and DIN standards.

Besides our domestic market we are actively involved in the international market as well. In the international arena we are supplying light and medium section springs to trailer manufacturers and parts dealers in England, Ireland, Finland & USA, in the heavy sections we are supplying to Vietnam and USA.

Sound infrastructure enable us to produce products for variety of applications from heavy commercial to light automobiles, trailers, agricultural and animal driven trolleys, railway wagons, defence, earth moving and special vehicles to steamers & boats.

However the adaptation of Leaf Spring is different for different region and vehicles it is not possible to supply you with any catalogue as such. Initially we usually work with the specifications, drawings or samples provided by the customer. If possible you can give us a brief idea of your requirement than we can supply you with our specifications if they are in common or else provide us with specifications, drawings, samples.
